Brad Ableson attended USC Film School where his Emmy Award winning student film "My Ding-A-Ling" helped him score a job as an animator on "The Simpsons" at age 19. Since graduating he has been a storyboard artist on over 150 episodes and on the "The Simpsons Movie."

While working on "The Simpsons," Brad wrote/directed the award winning short film "Save Virgil" that led to co-creating MTV's animated series "Good Vibes" and Comedy Central's "Legends of Chamberlain Heights," where he served as Executive Producer and Supervising Director.

Between projects, Brad worked as a marketing director on Illumination's "Minions," "Secret Life of Pets," and "Despicable Me 3" campaigns which led to co-directing his first feature film, "Minions: The Rise of Gru." Brad is currently co-directing Dreamwork's "Shrek 5."
