Margita Gosheva graduated National Academy for Theatre and Film Art, Sofia, Bulgaria in "Acting for Theatre" in the class of Professor Nadezhda Seykova and assistant professor Veselin Rankov. She debuted in cinema in 1997 in the film "BG", directed by Georgi Djulgerov and Svetoslav Ovtcharov. She has played roles in several short films as well as in films and theater productions: "My mother," directed by Svetla Tsotsorkova, "34" and "Kart" ,directed by Lyubomir Mladenov, "History of the cake", directed by Milko Jovchev, "Question or desire", directed by Lyubomir Mladenov. She participated also in the movies "Emigrants", directed by Ivaylo Hristov and Lyudmil Todorov, "Investigation", directed by Iglika Trifonova. Huge success brought to her the role in "The Lesson", directed by Kristina Grozeva and Petar Valchanov. Her biography includes more than 10 theater productions, including: Raina in "Russenhuhn" by D. Dinev, Juliet Angelica in "Juliet, Juliet" by Shakespeare, directed by Plamen Markov; Nina Zarechnaya in "Seagull" by Anton Chekhov, directed by Galin Stoev; Lisa in "Alyosha" on "The Brothers Karamazov" by Dostoevski, directed by Margarita Mladenova; Una in "Blackbird" by David Harouar, directed by Borislav Chakrinov; Paulina in "Winter's Tale" by Shakespeare, directed by Margarita Mladenova. She is married to actor Ivan Barnev, They have a son - Mathieu.
